I agree - very good list.
One of my favorite sites is bookingbuddy.com.
You type in the necessary information once and then check many, many other sites from there.

One stop list to savings. Now I beat my daughter-in-laws quotes on air fares. Anything that makes me look good to my wife is wonderful. Thanks for making this great effort on behalf of all flyer’s!

Great information here. With gas prices going up and some air carriers going bankrupt, people should find this as a great source of information before taking off on their travels!

+1 for bookingbuddy! It’s a shame you don’t have it up there because it lets you search kayak, expedia, and other sites you have listed from one place.

Well you nabbed my favorites. I usually use kayak - then I check a few airlines that I know fly the route I want (southwest, jetblue, etc). I check hotwire just to compare (yet I’ve never found it cheaper).
I also then put the flight into yapta - as they will help you attempt to recover a fare difference if you purchase your flight and the price drops.
