Those who plan to carry a balance on their card may stand to gain the most from this Visa card. Cardholders will earn a 10% rebate on the finance charges that are applied to any balance they are carrying on the account. These rebates, if they are less than $2, are credited to the account, or if they are more, they are dispersed in January. In addition to the rebate program, the card offers an introductory rate on all transactions for the first six billing cycles, as well as services like purchase replacement and auto rental insurance at no extra cost to the cardholder.
