The Miles by Discover card is a great card for consumers with good credit who are looking for an easy-to-use travel rewards card. For every eligible dollar cardholders spend they'll get one travel mile, with double miles for up to $3,000 of restaurant and travel purchases. Cardholders can also earn up to 1,000 bonus miles a month for the first year of holding the card. These miles can be used to purchase airfare on any major US airline or travel agent with no blackout dates or advanced bookings. Miles can also be used towards gift cards or cash rewards and miles earned never expire as long as the card is still in use within any 36 month period. The Miles by discover card has no annual fee, and cardholders can also benefit from great deals on balance transfers, online payments, payment protection, car rental and travel insurance.
