College students who want to work towards earning free flights and other travel benefits can do so with this Citibank-issued card. For every two dollars charged to the card, students will be rewarded with one mile. These can later be used for flights with American Airlines and their partners or other travel rewards like hotel stays and car rentals. There is a maximum of 25,000 miles that can be earned each year. The card also provides students with special discounts at certain retailers as well as several other perks including Internet account access and zero liability for unauthorized purchases.
